Introduction

Users logging into the Highwire system may have a client profile, a contractor profile, or both. When logging in, it is important to understand the distinction between the two different profile types, as described below:

Client Profile:

In this profile type, client users can review their contractors' safety and/or financial profiles. Client users can also perform functions such as conducting inspections, inputting hours, or reviewing reports. The functionality in this profile type will differ based on each user's specific permissions, as set up by the client Administrator.

Contractor Profile:

In this profile type, contractor users are able to complete safety and/or financial assessments to share with their clients. Contractor users provide information on injury and illness data, safety programs, certificates of insurance, etc., and upload required supporting documentation.

Logging In

To log into the Highwire platform, all users will start with the same link: app2.highwire.com

All users will be asked to input their username and password to complete the login process. If a user has access to both profile types, the user will then be prompted to select 'Contractor' or 'Client', as shown in the screenshot below.

If a user needs to switch between their two profiles, the user will need to log out and then log back in, selecting the alternate option.
