The process to reset your password is secure and simple in Highwire: 

  1. Go to https://app2.highwire.com
  2. Enter your email address on the first step of the sign-in page and click "Continue". 


     

  3. When you reach the password screen, click "Forgot Password?" This will generate an automatic email containing a link to reset the password. Open the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
