How do I add my Highwire Safety Award to my email signature?

Sharing your Gold or Platinum Safety Award is a great way to celebrate and recognize your company’s commitment to safety. 

To add your badge to your email signature, follow these instructions:

Gmail Users

  1. Download your Highwire Award signature.
    1. Gold Award 
    2. Platinum Award
  2. Once you have saved your image to your files, open Gmail. 
  3. At the top right, click Settings, then “See all settings”
  4. Scroll down to where you see “Signature.” If you already have a signature, select “Insert image” in the text box and upload your Highwire Badge from your files; if you do not have a signature, select + “Create new,” then upload your Highwire Badge to the text box.
  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click “Save changes”.

Outlook Users

  1. Download your Highwire Award signature.
    1. Gold Award 
    2. Platinum Award
  2. For Outlook.com, select Mail, then “Compose and reply”; for Outlook on the web, select Email, then “Compose and reply”.
  3. Under “email signature,” select “Insert pictures inline” to upload your Highwire Badge from your files.
  4. Select the default signature for new messages and replies.
  5. When finished, select “Save”.

You can access additional benefits in the app within your Safety Profile tab:

  • Certificate: Download and print your certificate of achievement. Present this data to your insurance agency to confirm if your company is eligible for possible discounts.
  • Press Release: Publish your press release on your website or in emails to notify customers and prospects of your company's focus on maintaining safe job sites.
