Introduction
This article provides an overview of each section within the Company page of your Highwire profile. Click on ‘Company’ in your left navigation menu to complete any remaining sections of the Highwire Company Assessment. It is important to note that some of the information about your Company was collected upon your initial enrollment with Highwire. You are welcome to go to the completed sections and make any necessary changes.

Corporate
The Corporate section is the central location for high-level information about your business. Three sub-sections cover various kinds of information, detailed below:
Company
Here you will see the basic information that you have entered about your company, including company name, country, doing business as (DBA), and website. If applicable, indicate whether your company name has changed in the past five years and include your previous name(s).
Legal Entity
The Legal Entity* section collects legal information about your business.
- Business Structure: Use the dropdown menu to specify your business structure, such as LLC, Corporation, Partnership, etc.
- State of Incorporation: Select the state where your business is legally incorporated.
- Date of Incorporation: Provide the date when your business was officially incorporated.
- Articles of Incorporation (or equivalent) uploads: Upload official documents establishing your business's legal foundation. Acceptable documents include Articles of Incorporation, Certificates of Incorporation, etc…
- Subsidiary Information: Indicate if your company is a subsidiary of another organization and provide relevant details.

Taxpayer ID
The Taxpayer ID section is designed to capture and manage key tax-related information securely, including:
US Contractors
- Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- W-9
International Contractors
- Value Added Tax Number (VAT)
Industry
This section details your business description and trades. The information shown on your profile was what you had selected upon your initial enrollment, however, you can make any necessary changes at any time.
Business Description
Should you need to make a new selection, you may update the description that best fits your company and click ‘Continue’.
Trades
Typically, the trade that best describes your company’s scope of work has already been selected during the initial enrollment steps. However, if you need to adjust the trade you have chosen, you may do so in the section shown below. Select the appropriate Trade and then click ‘Continue’.
Diversity
The Diversity* section allows you to provide information about your Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) status to help your clients understand your company's diversity credentials.
- DBE Status: Indicate whether you have a DBE status or not.
- Verifying Authority: If DBE status is indicated, provide the name of the verifying authority.
- Expiration Date: Input the expiration date of the DBE certification.
- Certificate Upload: Upload a copy of the DBE certificate for verification and compliance purposes.

Offices
The Offices section collects detailed address and contact information for your business location(s).
- Headquarters Address: Input the address and contact details for your main office.
- Additional Locations: If applicable, enter your additional business locations, ensuring your clients have a complete view of your company’s operational footprint.
Service Area
In the Service Area section select or update the geographical regions where you do work.
Capabilities
The Capabilities section details your company’s expertise and operational capabilities. This section includes several sub-sections to capture specific aspects of your experience and capacity.
Industry Experience
Enter the specific types of industries your company has experience completing projects to provide clients with a clear understanding of your industry expertise.
Contract Size
Indicate the contract size range your company can handle to help clients assess your capacity for different project scales.
Project Types
Select the types of projects your company can take on, detailing your capabilities in various project categories.
Client Types
Specify the types of clients your company works for, offering insights into your experience with different client profiles and sectors.
Experience
Showcase your experience and expertise by providing detailed information about your company’s past projects.
- Project Name: Input the name of the project completed.
- Client: Specify the client for whom the project was completed.
- Industry: Indicate the industry in which the project was undertaken.
- Address: Provide the address of the project.
- Completion Date: Enter the date when the project was completed.
- Value: Record the financial value of the project.
For each project, indicate whether you would like this project displayed on the Highwire Network. Enabling this will display the project’s information on your public Highwire Network profile to demonstrate your company's experience to potential clients.
Labor
This section covers various aspects of your workforce. It has several sub-sections detailing labor practices and workforce composition.
Union Work
Indicate the percentage of unionized work and provide details about any union relationships. No further information will be required if your company does not have unionized work.
Subcontracting
Specify the percentage of work that your company subcontracts out to other firms.
Employees
This section provides the space for a detailed breakdown of your employee headcount.
*Please note: this data will be collected on a quarterly basis.
Leadership
The Leadership section collects detailed information about your company’s key leadership personnel. This tab ensures that clients clearly understand the individuals who lead your organization.
Licenses
In the Licenses section, upload your company’s licenses and certifications to ensure compliance and credibility.
