This article details how to identify incomplete sections on your Finance Profile, and how to complete them.
A financial profile may be marked as incomplete if any of the mandatory questions have not been answered, or required documents have not been uploaded and/or are out of date.
The reasons why the financial profile is incomplete may be found by logging into your profile and clicking on the link next to Finance ‘What Is Left?’ text link on the Dashboard page.
A new box will pop up listing the incomplete items, listed by tab and by hiring partner/GC (if you have multiple partners selected to view your financial profile). If you have multiple partners listed, be sure to click on each name to see what is missing for each owner by tab.
Requirements
On the Financial Information Tab, upload the company's most recent financial statements including:
- Audited, reviewed, or compiled Financial Statements for 2021
If your company cannot produce an audited/reviewed/compiled statement for 2021, the following documents are required:
- Income Statements, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements for 2021
Update the Work Volume section to include the following fields:
- Expected Annual Volume This Year
- Largest Contract Completed in Last 3 Years (Update as necessary)
- Annual Volume of Work Performed
- Largest Contract Completed
Provide updated Backlog and Work-In-Progress (WIP) schedules.
On the Surety Requirements Tab, If there have been any changes to your company’s Surety Bonding Program, make updates accordingly.
Each incomplete tab will also be marked with an orange circle for easy navigation. Once you complete the missing items and press save, the orange circle should turn to a green checkmark.
Please note, if you choose to not upload your financial statements your profile may be marked as incomplete until they are uploaded per the Hiring Partner’s requirements.
Once you complete the necessary sections, a quality check will be conducted.
