How do I generate an invoice or receipt?

Introduction

You can generate an invoice and obtain a copy of your receipt(s) at any time via the Manage Subscription page of your profile.

Please note: Only users with Administrator permissions can access the Manage Subscription page and download invoices or receipts. For more information, take a look at this article here regarding user permissions.

 

Accessing the Manage Subscription Page

To access the Manage Subscription page, navigate to the top right corner of your profile. Click your name, and select “Manage Subscription” from the drop-down menu.


 

Generate an Invoice

On the Manage Subscription page, select “Billing Information” and scroll down to the “Purchase History” section. Click the three vertical dots to the right of a future payment and select “View Invoice.” A new tab will open in your browser window, displaying the invoice.

Obtain a Copy of a Receipt

On the Manage Subscription page, select “Billing Information” and scroll down to the “Purchase History” section. Click the three vertical dots to the right of a completed payment and select “View Receipt.” A new tab will open in your browser window, displaying the receipt.

How to Download the Invoice or Receipt

In your browser window, click “File” at the top of your screen, followed by “Print.” This may look different depending on which web browser you are using.

In the Print window, make sure the Destination field is set to “Save as PDF.” Then, click “Save” to download a copy of the invoice or receipt.
