Introduction
Generating an invoice and obtaining a copy of your receipt(s) can be done at any time.
Please note: Only users with Administrator permissions can access invoices and receipts. For more information, take a look at this article here regarding user permissions.
Generate an Invoice
1. Navigate to the top right corner of your profile, click your name, and select “Manage Subscription” from the drop-down menu.
2. To generate a copy of an invoice for an upcoming payment, click the blue “Generate Invoice” button on the left side of the page. A new window will open, allowing you to download the invoice as a PDF.
Please note: The generated invoice will take into account your total client and trade connections, the current date, and apply sales tax based on the state your company is located. The invoice will state “Due upon receipt,” but this does not always mean a payment is due on the date it was generated. Scroll further down the Manage Subscription page to see when your subscription is set to expire or renew.
Obtain a Copy of a Receipt
1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Manage Subscription page.
2. Under “Recent Billing History,” you will see a detailed list of your most recent payments.
3. At the right side of this list, click one of the “Download” buttons to obtain a copy of the receipt associated with that payment.
