Introduction 

Contractors who achieve a safety score of 85 and above are awarded special recognition on Highwire. Profiles with scores of 85 to 94 receive the Gold Safety Award, and those with 95 or greater receive the Platinum Safety Award. These awards offer a number of benefits to help elevate your company, drive new business, and potentially save you money. They are a reflection of your commitment to improving your risk management culture and signal that your business is safer, more financially viable, performing better work, and winning more business.

Please note: Highwire Gold and Platinum Safety Awards are only available to contractors in the U.S. Non-U.S. contractors will still receive a Certificate of Completion.

Certificate of Achievement

The Certificate of Achievement includes all your safety information verified by an independent third party. This certificate may be presented to your insurance agency for potential discounts on workers’ compensation and general liability. It is made available on the Awards once your Safety section is complete.

Press Release

All Gold and Platinum Safety Award recipients can download a digital press release announcing the achievement. The press release can be added to your website or emails to notify customers and prospects of your company's focus on maintaining safe job sites. It is available on the Awards tab of your profile.

Award Graphic

Prominently display the Safety Award on your company’s homepage and social media accounts. Include it in any marketing and sales materials. Click “Download Badge” to save the award image to your files.

Where to find your Certificate, Press Release, & Award Graphic

1. Go to www.highwire.com and log in to your profile via the blue “Sign In” button at the top of the page.
2. Once logged in, click the Awards tab on the left side of your profile.
   • The Awards tab is accessible once your Safety section is complete and scored.
3. Click “Download Certificate” to obtain a PDF copy of your certificate.
4. Click “publish a press release” to download a copy of your press release document.
5. To save the award image to your files, click “Download Badge.” 
6. You may present your safety award on your website, social media, or in your email signature.
