How do I reset my password?

Introduction

If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to create a new one, follow the steps below.

 

Updating Your Password on the Sign-In Page

  1. Go to https://app2.highwire.com.
  2. Enter your email address into the field and click “Continue.”

  1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the Sign-In window.

  1. An email will be delivered to your inbox with instructions for updating your password.

If you receive a message indicating there is no Highwire profile associated with this email address, please try another email address that may have been used upon enrollment, such as the primary point of contact for your company.

If you do not receive an email, please contact Highwire Support.
