The Safety Program Elements tab is where you will need to indicate various safety programs that you have in place. You may need to fill out more details or upload documentation based on your Yes or No answer.
Why does a description box appear when I click N/A to a question in the Safety Program Elements Tab?
You have the option to choose N/A for many of the safety program elements questions. Selecting N/A indicates that the particular question or hazard does not apply based on your company’s typical scope of work. The box appears because that question is deleted from your scoring matrix and the application requires a brief explanation of why it is not applicable to your work. Leaving this box empty could impact your overall score.
