How do I upload my Insurance Certificate?


  1. Sign in to your profile at
  2. Click on the Insurance tab on the left side of the profile.

  3. If you have multiple clients that require an insurance certificate, you will first need to select the client in the drop-down list.
    • Toggling between the clients will display if there has (or has not) been an uploaded certificate.



If you have not yet uploaded an insurance certificate, click the ‘Upload’ button within the Insurance Certificate box.

If you need to upload a new certificate of insurance to replace an expired certificate, click the gray ‘Delete and trashcan icon’ on the existing upload to remove it from your profile.

You will receive an email notification from Highwire 14 days before the insurance certificate expires, reminding you to update the document for the upcoming term.
