Updating Finance and Company Information

Introduction

To stay on top of risk and ensure prequalification data is current, quarterly and annual updates are required for certain parts of your Highwire profile. This includes work-in-progress, banking information, and employee headcount. We will send email notifications to remind you when it is time to make these changes.

Annual Update Requirements

You will receive an email indicating that updates are required for the Financials tab of your profile. If you have updated your profile recently, please review the sections in the email to confirm your data is up to date for the current calendar year.

Upload your most up-to-date financial statements for the current year. These statements should be audited, reviewed, or compiled. If your company cannot produce financial statements that meet these criteria, the following documents are required for the current year:

  • Income Statement
  • Balance Sheet
  • Cash Flow Statement

To upload these documents to the Financials tab, you may drag and drop them from your desktop, or click the “Upload Statements” button.

Once your financial statements have been uploaded and reviewed by our internal team, the platform will indicate the review status for each year. The status’ are 'In Review' which means the quality team is currently reviewing the statements, 'Done' which means we have successfully reviewed the statements, or 'Missing' which means the quality team did not find the statement during their review.

You will receive an email when the documents have been reviewed. If anything is missing, you will be notified to update that specific statement and its corresponding year.

Quarterly Update Requirements

You will receive an email notification each quarter as a reminder to update various information within your Highwire Assessment.
