This article details how and where a Textura token is generated for your Safety Profile Dashboard. This article’s information is only applicable to contracting partners that share their profiles with Lendlease.
Textura tokens are only issued to Lendlease enrollees when your safety profile is completed and a quality review has been done. If you do not see a Safety Assessment score, you will not see your token.
The token number can be found in the Dashboard tab in the lower right of the Profile Status tab.
If you have been issued a token and it is not working, it may be because your profile has been flagged with 'Incorrect Data’. The data entry error will have to be corrected before the token can be entered into the Textura application. Once corrected, the profile will need to be reviewed and cleared by Highwire staff. You will not receive a new token ID after it has been completed, you can re-use the previous ID.
If you do not see this Textura Token but your profile is complete, please check if your profile is being shared with Lendlease. You can navigate to the Company Information tab and add Lendlease as a hiring partner if you currently do not have them listed.
