This article will explain how to view and add positive findings to an inspection.
Once you have landed in the ‘edit inspection’ view, (you can follow this article here) you can add a positive finding, add a finding with details, or add details to an existing positive finding.
To add a positive finding with no details, you can click on the ‘+’ symbol and add each one incrementally.
To add details to an existing finding, click on the number next to the ‘+’ symbol. You can select the finding, then click the ‘edit’ pencil icon to add further information.
To add a finding with details, click on the ‘Note’ link, you do not have to also click on the ‘+’ symbol. Fill out the information shown below.
First, enter a location and description for the positive note.
To add multiple findings for the same question, enter the number of findings in that field.
A photo, video or audio file can also be uploaded to the note.
Click Save, and the Recognition Form button becomes enabled.
If your project has a recognition program, use this form to recognize an employee, work crew, or contractor. The recognition form becomes an attachment to the note.
Once saved, you will see there is a positive finding added to your Inspection view.
