This article provides some basic troubleshooting tips if the mobile app is having synchronization issues.
Please note, do not delete the app while attempting to troubleshoot. Deleting the app could result in loss of data.
1. Swipe the app closed and then re-open.
2. Turn off wi-fi and cellular signal. Get to an area where the signal is known to be strong. Then turn back on.
3. If the setting icon is accessible in the bottom bar, try to manually switch the app to offline mode and then back to Full Communication with Web Mode.
