To complete an incident report, various tabs will appear that are related to the type of Incident that was indicated in the initial description. We will review the different incident types below. Please note, your company may have additional categories or different fields within each category.
Utility Strike Incident Tab
If the incident involves a ‘Utility Strike’ then a ‘Utility Strike Details’ tab will appear.
Here you can enter details about the utility strike, including but not limited to the fields displayed in the screenshot.
Equipment Incident Tab
If the incident involves ‘Equipment’ then an ‘Equipment Incident Details’ tab will appear.
Here you can enter details about the equipment involved and the extent of the damage, including the fields displayed in the screenshot.
General Liability Incident Tab
If the incident involves a General LIability (GL) claim, then a ‘GL Incident Details’ tab will appear.
Here you can enter details about the claim, including the fields displayed in the screenshot.
Depending on the ‘Type of Loss’, (Property and/or Injury Involving the Public) additional fields will appear and specific details can be added.
Builder’s Risk Incident Details
If the incident involves a Builder’s Risk claim, then a ‘GL Incident Details’ tab will appear.
