Introduction
Stat Cards are a new way to monitor contractor performance and key metrics directly from your Home page.
What are Stat Cards?
Stat Cards are visual summary tiles that display key statistics tailored to your role and permissions. With customization options and intuitive filtering, Stat Cards provide instant insight into the risks that matter most to you.
Each card is:
- Role-based: You’ll see default cards chosen based on your user type (e.g., client admin, team manager).
- Customizable: You can add, remove, or reorder cards to suit your needs.
- Interactive: Clicking a Stat Card automatically filters your “My Contractors” view to show only contractors relevant to that stat.
Key Features
- Customize Your View: Use filters to create your own set of Stat Cards. Save your view to return to it later.
- Card Click-Through: Click any card to instantly filter your contractor list based on that metric.
- Team Views: Client Admins can create shared views that are visible to their entire team.
- Visual Cues:
- Cards are color-coded (Red = Critical, Yellow = Caution).
- Acronyms like “EMR” come with hover-over explanations.
How to Start Using Stat Cards
Initial Setup: The system automatically presents a default set of Stat Cards chosen proactively based on the user’s role.
Permissions-Based Visibility: Users only see cards and filtering options appropriate to their level of access. For example:
- A client admin may see financial or safety-related flags across all contractors.
- A team member may only see cards with data they have permissions for.
Custom Views by Admins: Client admins can configure and save Stat Card views for themselves or share them across their team, reinforcing the idea that different roles may benefit from different sets of metrics.
To Customize Your View:
- Click the Gear icon on the Home page to add or remove cards
- The ‘Save View’ dropdown will appear on the left side of the screen
- ‘Save Changes to View’ will update your Stat Card selection
- ‘Save as New View’ will allow you to create a new custom Dashboard that can be shared with your colleagues
Each Stat Card represents a contractor attribute or flag, such as With Fatalities or Avg. TRIR vs. Industry Avg., that’s been configured by your account team. Clicking a card filters your contractor list to show only the contractors who match that criteria, making it easy to spot issues or take action quickly.

Q: Can I hide cards I don’t use?
Yes! Click the gear icon on your Dashboard to open customization settings.
Q: Do cards affect how my data is calculated?
No. Cards are just a display and filtering tool; they don’t alter data or reports.
Q: Can I share my custom view with a teammate?
