Introduction

This article explains how to turn off the automatic Daily Digest emails that are automatically sent to your email address. 

Turning Off Daily Digest Emails

• Log in to your Highwire client profile and click the bell notification in the top right of your screen.

• In the pop-up window, click “Update your preferences.” If you have multiple notifications, you may need to scroll down to the bottom of the list.

• This will bring you to your Notifications Settings. From here you'll be able to select the section(s) where you prefer to limit the Daily Digests that are emailed to you.

• Click the drop-down menus next to Company, Safety, Finance, Insurance, or Inspections to open the sections you prefer to limit Daily Digests from.

• Within the section that you open, you will need to select whether you want the Daily Digest sent daily each morning, immediately, or to turn it off. 

It is important to note that if you have access to multiple client profiles, you will need to turn off the Daily Digest distribution for each client profile.
