Introduction
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new version of the Highwire mobile application (officially referred to as Version 2.0). On 6/10/24, this new updated version will be available for download in both the Apple and Android app stores at no cost to you.

You can get a detailed overview of Version 2.0 of the Highwire mobile app in our Helpdesk article, “Mobile Application Overview.”
Troubleshooting
If you log in to the new mobile application and see an Access Denied message, your Administrator has not set you up with access to Highwire Inspect (by default, all Inspect users automatically have access to our mobile application). You can click on Contact Support to get further instructions or you can reach out directly to the Highwire Administrator from your company.
