How do I add work hours per contractor, per project?

How to Add Work Hours for Projects Within a Selected Time Frame

  1. Start by clicking “Tracker” in your modules tab.
  2. Navigate to the left side and slide “Work Hours”.

  3. Select the project associated with the hours. 
  4. Select the month associated with the hours.
  5. Input the hours for the selected contracting partners.
    1. Note: If a contracting partner that is working on the project does not appear on this list, then the user has not been added to the Project. If you do not have access to the ‘Projects’ tab to add contractors, contact your hiring partner or your administrator.
    2. Depending on the hiring partner setup, you may be required to enter hours monthly, weekly, or daily. The selections in this calendar popup will be displayed accordingly. Press "Save".

 

Some users may see the option to "Submit Report" or "Save Progress" rather than Save. Please note that this "Submit Report" button must be clicked to submit the hours to the client.
