Introduction
This article provides an overview of the Home page of your profile. The Home page displays information on your Safety Score, Finance Score, and Assessment Completion status.
*Please note that if none of your clients require financial information, your profile will not have a Finance section.
Safety Score
The Safety Score table provides a detailed view of your company’s safety performance. This section includes the following information:
Overall Safety Score
The safety score is calculated through a combined analysis of your lagging and leading indicators, as well as the safety programs you have uploaded. Click any of the info iconson the right side of the breakdown for more detailed information on each datapoint.
*If you have multiple trades, make sure to view the scoring information for each one by clicking the trade drop-down menu.
Areas for Improvement
If your score has any point deductions, click the corresponding info icon to see which questions had points deducted. For a more in-depth explanation of how the score is calculated, click here.
Visual Representations of Your Data
View your data trends across the past five years compared with your selected trades’ industry averages. Select a data point on left side of the table:

Finance Score
The Finance Score is based on the completion percentage of the Finance section and the quality of the uploaded financial documents. To view the status of each item that factors into the finance score, you can toggle between the “Completion” and “Deductions” tabs, shown in the screenshots below.

Assessment Completion
In the Assessment Completion area of the Home page, your progress across all required sections is displayed:
Company, Safety, and Finance (if required by one or more clients)
Each column displays a list of the different sections contained within the three assessment categories. Any section(s) with unfinished items will be affixed with an empty, gray circle. Completed sections will have a colored checkmark.
To quickly address unfinished items, click the blue “Complete What’s Missing” button.
Clients
Your clients are listed at the bottom of the page, and you will see either a “Complete” or “Incomplete” status indicator under each section. If “Not Required” is shown, this means the client does not include that section as part of their assessment and cannot access it.
Additional Documents
The Additional Documents tab replaces the functionality that had previously been on the Dashboard called ‘Supplemental Information’. The new tab allows you to upload any supplementary materials about your company that you’d like to share with your client(s). Common examples include Corrective Action Plans, and documentation related to mergers or acquisitions.
*Please note that documents uploaded here are not factored into your safety score.
