Introduction

Once you’ve clicked on a contractor, you will have the option to select the Safety tab. This Safety tab shows what the contractors see on their end, including their Safety score, risk factors, and safety assessment answers.

Please note: Users can send a “Request for Completion” email if the contractor has not completed their assessment.

Summary

The landing screen will show the Summary, which gives an overview of the safety score breakdown, including: Safety Metrics, Risk Factors, Incidents, and Inspection Findings.

Safety Metrics

The Safety Metrics will show the contractor’s full score breakdown, including different graphs, point deductions, and citations for any of the contractor's selected trades.

Users will be able to select from the following graphs or selections: 

• TRIR
• DART
• LTIR
• Restricted Duty
• EMR
• Citations (Lists OSHA Citations)

Risk Factors, Incidents, and Inspections

As shown in the Risk Overview page, the Risk Factors will show any critical flags, caution flags, discrepancies, or positives. The Incidents will include a breakdown of incidents by type, and the Inspection Findings will include the percentage of negative findings per category.

Injury & Illness

The Injury & Illness tab will have the exact numbers from the contractor’s OSHA and EMR documentation. Users can view the documentation uploaded by selecting “View Documents.”

Safety Assessment Responses

The Management Systems, Program Elements, and Advanced Initiatives tabs will have the contractors’ responses to each assessment question. While these responses cannot be edited, users can review these answers along with any documentation uploaded.

Custom Questions

If Custom Questions has been configured, this is where the contractor’s responses and documentation will be uploaded. You may select the boxes on the left side of the screen to view specific categories if configured.
