This article will detail how the Highwire Users on a Contracting Partner profile can edit the email address associated with their user profile, as well as how the Admin user can edit the email addresses associated with other users that have been added to the profile. Please note that only the Highwire Admin on your profile has the ability to edit user email addresses.
How a user can edit their own email:
You will need to contact the administrator on your profile or the HIghwire support team to edit your email address.
How a Highwire Admin can edit other user's email addresses:
1. Navigate to the top right of the profile and click on Manage Account.
2. Find the user you’d like to change the email address for. Click the edit button just above the trash can in the action column on the right.
4. Delete the old email address and enter the new one. Click the ‘Update’ button in the bottom right corner.
5. The user will be able to log in using the new email as the username and the same password that was previously set up.
