Introduction
Reviewing and managing subscription information can be done by accessing the “Manage Subscription” sections as described below.
Please note: Only users with Administrator permissions can manage their Highwire profile’s billing and subscription information. For more information, see this article about user permissions.
Access Your Highwire Subscription Information
To access your account’s subscription information, navigate to the top right corner of your profile and click your name. Then, select “Manage Subscription” from the drop-down menu.
Subscription Types
Individual Connection Plan
From your Subscriptions page, you can easily manage all subscriptions within your account. Under an Individual Connection Plan, each subscription to a client connection can be managed independently. You'll be able to view all active and expired subscriptions to see when each subscription will renew or expire.
To cancel a subscription for a specific client connection, select "Manage" and then "Cancel Subscription." This prevents the subscription from automatically renewing at the end of the active period. If you want to renew a canceled subscription before it expires, select the "Renew" button for that specific client. All active subscriptions set to renew will automatically renew at the end of their subscription period.
Unlimited Connections Plan
If you’d like to consolidate your client connections under a single subscription plan, you can select "Switch to Unlimited" at the top of the page. Under the Unlimited Connections Plan, you can add as many clients as you like for a fixed annual fee. When switching to Unlimited, any unused value from your active subscriptions will be credited toward your new Unlimited subscription, ensuring you retain the full value of your investment.
If you are on an Unlimited Connections Plan, or switch from an Individual Connection Plan to Unlimited, your Subscriptions page will automatically update to reflect the new plan. At the top of the page, you'll see detailed information about your subscription plan, including the renewal or expiration date and the renewal amount (excluding applicable sales tax).
You can cancel or renew your Unlimited subscription just like an Individual subscription. To cancel, select "Manage" followed by "Cancel Subscription." To renew your canceled subscription, select "Renew," and it will automatically renew at the end of the current period.
Billing Information
Payment Methods
Add new payment methods to your account and set a default payment method for future subscription payments. Setting up multiple payment methods ensures smoother payment management, especially if your default method expires or needs to be updated.
Please note: At least one active payment method is required while on active subscriptions.
Billing Contact
Keep your billing contact information up to date. This contact will receive notifications and manage actions related to your subscriptions.
Purchase History
Quickly access past payment receipts and view upcoming invoices scheduled for automatic payment. Your purchase history provides transparency and keeps your team informed about all subscription-related transactions.
