Introduction
Reviewing and managing subscription information can be done by accessing the “Manage Subscription” sections as described below.
In the upper right corner of the profile, there will be the primary contact name and an arrow pulldown next to it. Once the arrow is clicked, the Company Name, ID, and Manage Subscription will be visible.
Please note: Only users with Administrator permissions can manage the Highwire billing and subscription information. For more information, take a look at this article here regarding user permissions.
Access Your Highwire Subscription Information
1. Navigate to the top right of the profile, click your name, and select “Manage Subscription” from the drop-down menu.
2. This page will show your company's current client and trade connections, as well as the upcoming billing cost and renewal date.
3. Recent billing history is also available at the bottom of this page. Click the “Download” buttons on the right to obtain copies of receipts from previous payments.
Generate an Invoice
To generate a copy of an invoice for an upcoming payment, click the blue “Generate Invoice” button on the left side of the page.
Please note: The generated invoice will take into account your total client and trade connections, the current date, and apply sales tax based on the state your company is located. The invoice will state “Due upon receipt,” but this does not always mean a payment is due on the date it was generated. Scroll further down the Manage Subscription page to see when your subscription is set to expire or renew.
Update the Payment Method
To update your payment method, click the blue button on the right side of the page. It will either say “Add a payment method” or “Update Payment Method.”
Manage Automatic Renewal
- To be removed from automatic renewal, scroll down and select “Manage Auto Renew.”
- Select “I wish to turn off auto-renew” and select the reason why you are removing automatic renewal.
- Remember to click “Confirm.”
Please note: The profile will remain active and visible to the selected client(s) until the expiration date occurs. You can always update this section and renew your profile at any time.
